Prana Vayus: The Winds of Energy


Working with the Prana Vayus is the most immediate way to impact your energy body and mind. The Prana Vayus are subsets of Vata, the energy of air and movement. The Vayus move in 5 different directions within the body, and each one has a specific name, location, action, and function.

This series will teach you how to work with and optimize the impact of the Vayus by learning the asanas, mudras, sounds, and breath related to each Vayu. The benefits of working with the Prana Vayus include:
