In this ParaYoga-inspired workshop, we will explore how to be still even in the midst action. Firmly rooted in Sushumna, the middle channel of energy, we will engage in compassionate movement and introspection. These practices will turn our attention inwardly as we are guided in opening our spiritual ears and eyes in the practice of mindful attention.
