FULL MOON YOGA at Legion Park

This month we have 2 full moons. This second one is considered a Blue Moon. The Blue Moon is a time of completion. It’s a time to sit with emotions, with the wisdom of the body and with all the energies we can’t see. The feminine realm can be a place to feel, rest, and heal.
