Yoga Nidra for Deep Healing

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique and an accessible form of meditation. In the state of Yoga Nidra, the body is deeply relaxed, and the practitioner turns their awareness inward by following a guided meditation practice. 

Yoga Nidra offers other amazing health benefits, as well, including:

The workshop will be held via Zoom on Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 3pm – 6pm ET.
