The breath contains the animating energy of the universe. Through a mindful and slow flow of postures we change the way this energy moves through our body, creating access to clarity, positivity, focus, and relaxation.
Through insightful dialogue, flowing movement and active breath sequences we will explore the breath as a rich source of transformation that already exists within ourselves.
