Join me for an evening meditation practiced in community.

There’s something deeply powerful about coming together in stillness. Meditating in a group has been shown to create a stronger, more expansive ripple—one that extends beyond the individual and into the collective. In a time of uncertainty, upheaval, and change, this feels especially meaningful. Together, we have the ability to shift energy—within ourselves and in the world around us.

If this resonates, I invite you to join us as we expand our capacity to be with both the light and the shadow. In community, we remember that we don’t have to do it alone. We support one another. We rise together. How powerful is that?

Learn to Meditate in 4 Easy Steps
A weekend workshop led by Anamargret & Fred

Finding yourself with a bit of extra time or feeling especially stressed out? This may be the perfect time to develop a meditation practice.

Meditation is an inward journey and a systematic process. This weekend workshop will guide you in that process in four steps. Over three days, you will learn techniques to relax your body and breath, focus your mind, and become aware of an immense stillness inside yourself.

Anamargret and Fred will bring together two key components of meditation: the ability to observe yourself through mindfulness and the ability to rest the mind in focused concentration.

As they lead you through a series of guided meditations, you will become increasingly comfortable with these foundational components of a meditation practice, and you will leave the workshop with the tools you need to discover the ever-present source of inner peace that dwells inside you.

Don’t miss this chance to either start or recommit to a meditation practice… it’s the perfect antidote for the times we live in.

Over a total of eight hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we will explore these 4 Easy Steps of a practice:

  • Preparing the body and mind for meditation and choose a sitting posture that’s right for you

  • Practicing smooth, relaxed breathing, and awareness of the flow of the breath

  • Using a simple mantra to focus and rest the mind

  • Observing yourself and the thoughts that arise as you meditate

This workshop takes place online over three days, from May 29h -31th.
