Sacred Chats is a space to come together, connect and explore new perspectives.
Through meditation and attunement, we ground ourselves—arriving fully into the present moment.
A theme or “gem” is gently offered into the space, inviting you to share what arises for you. These chats are designed to create a container for practitioners who want to learn a different way of being in the world — slowing down and arriving in the present moment again and again. Of co-regulating and co-creating a space where the energy is held collectively by all of us without distractions.
The act of listening is a sacred practice.
Listening without formulating an answer or response.
Paying close attention with all of your senses.
A practice of observing what arises within you: admiration, judgment, fear, love, an aha moment, anger, empathy, compassion.
How does it affect your body?

Can you remain curious rather than making something right or wrong?
